Sales Assistant to Lucas Mills, Daryl Preston is a young property professional demonstrating the talent and determination for a promising career in the industry.
Hailing from Perth, Western Australia where she completed a double degree in Marketing and Japanese, Daryl’s real estate journey began as a Sales Assistant at a prominent South Perth agency.
A year later, Daryl pursued a Marketing role at a design studio to explore her discipline studied at university but missed the dynamic nature of real estate and soon found herself back in the industry.
Following completion of her Real Estate Certificate (WA), Daryl went on the enjoy success in real estate as a Listings Co-ordinator and thereafter a Sales Assistant, before relocating to Melbourne to broaden her horizons and opportunities. Perth’s loss is Melbourne’s gain as Daryl soon took to our city with ease, and from her first day at work she instantly became a pivotal member of team at Lucas Mills Real Estate.

Operations Manager
Brooke has been working in the industry for over a decade, spending time in a variety of roles and finding her passion in the operations/administration role. With years of experience and knowledge under her belt she strives to make the process of selling or buying a home as smooth as possible. Working alongside many reputable real estate agents has allowed Brooke to gain an understanding of the client experience when selling or buying a property.
Warm and approachable, with a background in hospitality, Brooke’s energy and positive personality ensures a memorable experience for each client. Brooke draws on her experience and broad industry knowledge to assist Lucas with the operations of the office.
Outside of work, Brooke spends her time with her young children, catching up with friends & family and heading down the Peninsula to her family home.
